Reviewers and Dealerships alike enjoy a simple and thorough Control Panel to administer their reviews, widgets, inventory and all services offered by Car Buying Reviews.

Online Support

  • Our help desk is available for service related support and help.
  • Reviewers can communicate with our live chat from 9am - 5pm, cst.
  • Subscribed Dealers enjoy phone support - call 1-866-500-6822.
  • Reviewers may also email us and request a call back at a specific time from 9:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
  • We will make sure both reviewers and Dealers are 100% happy with our services, at all times.

Paypal & Recurring Credit Card Billing

  • People who give reviews are never charged as our review platform is free.
  • Subscribed Dealers can choose to pay via Credit Card or Paypal.
  • One-time payment using PayPal will be billed once at the monthly rate. We will not automatically renew your service. Subscription payments will be charged monthly.
  • If paying by Paypal you may cancel at any time by logging into Paypal and canceling your subscription.
  • If paying by Credit Card your card will be billed automatically until you cancel your service by logging into Carbuying.reviews and clicking the red cancel button , on your service page.


  • We are confident that our customers will find great value in our products.
  • We encourage potential customers to review our website, click on the demonstration, and ask questions.
  • We are unable to provide refunds. We offer a month-to-month option to try the service and Dealers are able to cancel at any time (non-prorated).

Service Cancellations

  • Overdue accounts will be cancelled automatically.
  • You may cancel your service anytime by logging into the client area on the website.
  • Paypal subscribers may login to Paypal and cancel their subscription at any time. Services will automatically terminate at the end of the billing period.
  • All services must be cancelled via the client area of the website. We are unable to cancel services over the phone or by email.

Uptime - Service Online - Maintenance

  • We take pride in our servers being online 24-hours per day. All Dealer website widgets will run 24/7/365. Historically, our clients enjoy 99% uptime and service online.
  • Clients are notified one week prior to scheduled maintenance. Emergency maintenance may occur at anytime. Should this occur, our clients are notified immediately.
